seaside location - apuanian and lunigianian riviera

The Province of Massa Carrara is situated in the northern part of Tuscany, at the crossroads of wonderful tourist destinations like the Gulf of Poets, the Cinque Terre and the many Tuscan cities of art. Nature has been kind to this area, creating a magnificent harmony between the land and sea. The Apuan Alps, the celebrated mountains of marble, overlook the sea, whose waves break on sandy shores that extend for kilometres and kilometres. The favourable geographic position and exceptional variety of the territory make this a corner of paradise and an ideal destination for any type of tourism.
